14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@ainoratrading.com with:
- The email address on your account
- The Stripe receipt or invoice ID (optional, but speeds things up)
- A short note (optional — feedback helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- First-time subscribers: full refund within 14 days of initial purchase, regardless of usage.
- Renewals: refunds for renewal charges are available within 7 days of the renewal date if the subscription has not been actively used (no AI chart analyses run, no calculator sessions saved).
- After the refund window: you can cancel anytime, and your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
What is not refundable
- One-time charges or add-ons (currently none — listed for completeness).
- Subscriptions cancelled solely because the buyer changed their mind after the 14-day window.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal (Settings → Manage Subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access through the end of your current paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve issues much faster directly. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension.
